How can we process the order when we confirm the models?

Yunshan Packaging: 3 Solutions to move forwarder next step. Solution 1# After we confirm all your requirements, we can provide free samples to you if they are in stock color and models. You just pay the shipping rate via your DHL/FedEx/UPS account or pay freight to us.

Solution 2# If you want to customize the samples based on your brands and design, it will charge you a small amount of sample costs. Normally, it will refund the sample costs once you place a bulk order.

How long will it take for samples?

Yunshan Packaging: 1-3 days for samples in stock. 7-10 days for customized samples. And it will take around 5-7 workdays for shipment.

What’s the order procedure?

Yunshan Packaging: Once you confirm the samples, we will prepare a Proforma Invoice for you and pay a 30-50% deposit to us. We will start to run mass production. We will take videos and pictures for you to review before you pay the balance.

When you receive defective products, what will Yunshan be responsible for?

Yunshan Packaging: First, please take pictures and videos for us. We will check the reasons and get back to you within 24 hours. We will prepare a replacement or refund you if the defective from our quality issue. For other issues, we will get back to you within 24 hours and show positive feedback to you.

How does Yunshan check all the goods in the production line?

We have 4 times inspections(injected line inspection, spray/metalized color inspection- logo printing inspection and finished product inspections. We check the goods when they go into the next step production procedure.
